Really? REALLY!?

Yeah my metabolism has dropped alot lately... Seems to happen to alot of us guys after we enter our twenties.

that's pretty much me. i was far worse in high school years, now i'm much better and my face is 'fuller'. gaining a lot of weight is just something that is out of my reach for many reasons including:

- if i eat too much of anything, especially meat, it becomes disgusting to both taste and thought.
- i feel 'full' really fast, due to many years of conditioning and because i eat relatively slow compared to most around me.
- i'm very picky about foods.
- my metabolism is super fast i suppose. it does feel pretty good being able to eat anything i want and not having to worry about fat, which is something that i take for granted sometimes.

i actually have to follow specific instructions if i want to eat a lot and gain weight.
such as eating a meal cut into portions instead of one big thing, and limiting drinks 30 mins before or after meals. also drinking a little bit of alcohol before meals to incite appetite.

crazy stuff.

I go without food near people I don't know or aren't very closely associated with, ie close family.

I actually have that problem I don't like eating in front of people. I have the problem because mostly when I eat out like at a resturant I tend to eat until I burst and my stomach expands and I hate that so I just dont eat in front of people.

Wow, I'm a very timid person. However when it comes to eating, once I start I tend to be shameless. However, when surrounded by strangers I tend to avoid eating. I think that is largely a trust issue though.

I used to be like that. Never ate in front of anyone. Would starve at school and everything. Lol.

Ah starving at school lol I actually was never hungry during school hours so I usually just ate when I got home....
